Rejection is God's Protection!
Rejection.
By a person. In the classroom and outside it. Among-st your peers.
It is lethal to the extent that it has the potential to break you completely,
turn you into someone you dread becoming. You are deemed someone worthless. It
is a terrible blow to your aspirations. In a world that constantly makes you
question your abilities, your self-esteem is injured to the point from where
there is no hope of recovery.
But is it really? What if you look at your rejection as an
opportunity to make yourself better than ever before. Why not, like a phoenix,
rise from the ashes and fly again?
This is not just some other motivational talk. I, like so many
others, have been a victim of rejection, and I am determined to rise again. I
write today more for the purpose of self-healing than anything else.
Ironic as it may seem, it takes loss to make you value what you
have. Rejection makes you better, it makes you stronger.
What I'd like to tell the reader today is this: the next time
life says 'No', work for an even louder 'Yes'!
